23. 11. 2021 14:00 – 23. 11. 2021 16:00

We are pleased to invite you to our Stakeholder Forum – Symposium on “Genomics and cancer: from iPAAC to Europe’s Beating Cancer Plan”.

For several years, we have been working together with experts and representatives of the Member States and the European Commission on sharpening our ideas on how to bring genomics to the cancer patients. We have given great importance to establishing a transparent ethical and legal context to this innovation, to address training and education of health professionals and to make the link between precision health and medicine. Several Member States have structurally integrated genomics already in their healthcare system but many challenges still remain. The Europe’s beating Cancer plan will surely facilitate to fill these gaps in the coming years though.
