24. 01. 2019 – 24. 01. 2019 | Brussels
The second Governmental Board meeting was held at the Belgian Ministry of Health in Brussels on Thursday, 24 January 2019.
The meeting brought together Member State Representatives from over twenty countries, iPAAC Work Package Leaders and European Commission Representatives. Member State Representatives provided input and advice on the content and the format of the key deliverable of the iPAAC Joint Action: the Roadmap on Implementation and Sustainability of Cancer Control Actions. The goal is to create a useful and useable tool that will support Member States in implementing iPAAC and CANCON recommendations and, in turn, improve cancer control in EU Member States.
The next iPAAC Governmental Board meeting will take place on 9-10 October 2019 in Barcelona.
